    I prefer running my calories right around BMR+ Activity levels and using low intensity cardio to burn the fat off. I think you have a better chance of holding your muscle going that route. So, yes I would add in some carbs or healthy fats as it sounds as if you are losing some muscle on the current program.

    ok, i edited the diet above to what i believe is fit for now. well see ill be monitoring weight/bf% every week thanks for advice

    You have a very low fat content in your diet.

    if on this new diet, i am losing strength continuously, im going to bump the fat from 53g to 60-70 with some almonds. This would throw my workout days at 27-2800 calories.. or i may just keep the nuts on my off days at have around 2200 calories off days.. im going to monitor it and see how it all works out

    75g of fat would be good. Right now you are at about 20% from fat.
