LR3IGF-1 does not cause hyperplasia. Ergo it makes absolutely no difference whether you take it pre or post workout. I am a big fan of taking it pre workout for the pump
Show me literature that proves that it does. I can guarantee you that it does not. hrIGF-1 yes, but LR3 no. If your lagging bodyparts have grown significantly it is due to other mechanisms and not hyperplasia. LR3IGF-1 has its place, but its stated ability to proliferate cells is highly incorrect.
Can you show me that it does'nt have the abilty to split you're cells(hyperplasia).
Iff you inject 20 min.after you're workout you're igf values are very high.
Tha advantage if you inject PWO in the trained musscle you have the chance too local growth cause the most IGF stays in the damage musscle.
Just make sure that you're dossage are'nt to high because than will the rest of the igf looking for other receptors and were are more receptors than in you're intenstines witch leads after a while fot possible HG gut.
My protocole is 50 mcg EOD.
igf = igf
only difference is is that it doesn't get destroyed as easily
