Since you have already figured out that your diet isn't good, how do you know that you are a hard gainer if you've never had a good bodybuilding diet? Maybe once you fix your diet you will be able to put weight on and then once you have put enough size on by dieting you can plan out a cycle.

    I'm about your height,

and from personal experience, I'd say you can still probably gain a bit more with a good diet.

    what's your current diet like?

at your height, you should be able to reach 200 NATURALLY !!

I am your height, and didn't start cycling til well after I was 200, now 250

If your diet isn't good off cycle, then you will just be wasting the steroids ON cycle as your diet needs to be even better on cycle

First and foremost - as you indicated you know.- will be getting diet in order.
Second makes sure training and rest are in line.
Third a first cycle - regardless of natty test levels imo should be testosterone only...if you search here you will find much info on first cycles and recommendations.
Again - without diet you will be the same hard gainer on test as you are off - or at the very least disappointed with results.
    ie of first cycle
    12 weeks :
    testosterone enanthate 500 mg / week injected 2x week (250mg mon / 250mg thurs)
You will need to look at a pct protocol ..this will help to restore natural test production as exogenous test will cause your body to cease producing it on its own. Also it will help you to retain muscle gained on cycle. There is a pct section here with some good examples.
    ie of pct :
2 weeks after last testosterone injection:
    week 1 - clomid 100mg/day and nolvadex 40mg/day
    weeks 2-4 clomid 50mg/day and nolvadex 20mg / day

this info is to point you in the righ direction. As i said ....look at diet workout and rest ...have them on point - make sure you truly have maximized gains naturally - then look to steroid cycle. That may mean waiting several months or longer. Good Luck
BTW - this is all JMO ..im sure you will get alot of input and good advice here

we'll be more than happy to help you with your diet in the diet forum as that's the first thing you should get on track, and as far as this forum acting like a support group, it is, the guys on here are like a second family to me and we all support and honestly care about each other and the people we give advice to(like you), otherwise we wouldn't be on here all the time helping for free like we do
