    What's Your Native Body Type?

    Oops, I screwed up the poll and put meso twice. Hopefully a mod can edit it.

    Meso = musuclar
    Endo = fat
    Ecto = skinny

    uhh i think meso = athletic? but idk if i would count as a "hybrid" of it

    not a hard gainer, but have a very nice metabolism

    I disagree. A person might be primarily ecto, but with some meso chararacteristics, while another might be primarily meso with some ecto characteristics imo.

    BTW: I was born mostly ecto with some meso.

    I think open weight powerlifters tend to be meso-endo.
