Anyone else think 12 week common length of cycles, overly popular ?

I have been using steroids for almost 5 years on and off.

My first cycle was 12 weeks and I got shitty results.

I have been using them for increasingly longer periods as I see better and better rsults with prolonged use. Currently been on for about 6 months.

Now that I have learned more and gaind more experience in both bodybuilding and effective use of steroids, I feel like the most effeciant way of cycling should be to use until desired results are achieved, which will obviously be drastically different potentially.

Also, large doses, IMO, are not the way to go...... ever really. I personally cannot handle larg doses of virtually any steroid without debilitating ngative side effects. If you want to gain better, you need to eat mor. Plain and simple. Increasing your anabolism etc will not do anything (Perhaps theoretically burn fat) if you do not have anything for the increase to work with, ie protein.

tons of workers with no lumber doesnt build a house faster.

    Any related thoughts?

I like the low dose and food comments but not the length. You cycle for your health..otherwise Id never come off.

I see your point but, how are multiple short cycles healthier than fewer longer ones?

erm, let your body recover? Allow your natty test to shoot back up again so it doesn't shut down completely?

It gives your body time to recoup..same theory behind taking dbols for six weeks rather than 20 or 40. High test isnt good for your heart. Once that goes, ur fuked

Now have I done long cycles-yes. Was it hard on my body-yes.

IMO recovering once every 16 months is easier than shutting down, recovering 3 times in that period though.

    Know what I mean?

what I should have really said was continuing use while monitoring via bloodwork consistantly.

So are you going to do time on= time off including pct? Im doubting that one

I still disagree. If your following the time on time off your giving your body the rest it needs for the next one.

Ask Jay Cutler..f*cker probably cant cross the street without breathing hard.

disagree with the long cycle part. after runnin a 13 weeker for my first one, i never intend on running one that long again. didnt see any drastic gains past the 10 week mark. would much rather use short ester compounds for a shorter period of time, get in fast, get out fast, and recover.

havent done my 1st cycle yet , will be in a few weeks ..... i like the sounds of this get in get out recover ....my 1st cycles gonna be usual test /dbol for 10 weeks ,nolva/clomid pct 4 weeks , depending on how the pinning goes will be looking at an 8 weeker on prop 4 2 nd cycle with var , something like this anyway .......longer cycles 15 + are kinda worrysome 4 me i dunno just starts ringing alarm bells 4 some reason if u include time b4 pct and say a 4-5 week pct thats a half year !!!!!!!!! long time in my book jmho
