***friends first cycle!!!***

My friend will be 32 in July and is going to start a cycle of Test - E and Deca 300. His stats are 5'7" 150# he thinks about 16% but its all belly flab, he doesnt look fat at all.

His goal is to reduce the body fat while attaining some nice quality muscle.

I thought this would be a good stack for him as it was my first stack 2 years ago.

The question now is he takes Propecia for his hair and has read conflicting ideas about its use while on cycle. Does anyone know if the Propecia will be bad while on this cycle and am I correct in saying this would be a nice cycle for him. Oh yea he has beem training for over 12 years in the gym off and on but wants to see what all the fuss is about.

Also would the stack be ok going like this?

Weeks 1-12
500mgs Test-E/WK (250mgs E3D)

Weeks 1-10
300/400mgs Deca/Wk

PCT

Clomid/Nolva 2 weeks after last Test injection.


How does that sound?

And any word on the Propecia thing would be greatly appreciated.

cycle is ok but not at his stats and bf,i would recomend some hard cardio to get the bf down then a good clean bulking diet too add some quality mass natty.

First cycles best to stick to ONE compound so you know what is doing what to your body

How will he know if he is getting good or bad sides from the test or deca? How will he know how his body reacts to TEST? is he sensitive to the test for gyno, or is it the deca that is causing it?

I really dont think his BF is that high. He has one of those scales at home and this gave him that number. He is gonna try and get a BF analasis done tonight at the gym, I would say to me he is like 12 to 13..

yer them home bf scales are wank - if he is going to cycle it should be a test e/c only for 1st time around , nolvadex/clomid pct and ai or anti e on hand for gyno probs while on cycle.

scap the deca and save it for next cycle ,there will be a 2nd cycle after he has the taste for aas.....tell him to save that deca....

I would do 12 weeks Test E @ 500 shot 250 every 3.5 days

I would have an AI on hand for during the cycle in case he needs it

I would just hold on to the deca as he can use it in the next cycle, it won't go bad

and I would make sure he has a good PCT and it starts 14 days after last test e injection
