As title says, squat is considered the 'king' of exercises by most people.
Wondering what people consider a strong squat to be. And what do you squat?
i'm 21, so far all natural and i squat on the olympic bar
308 in 3 sets of 10, that's going parallel if not abit more (and then realise oh sh@t i didnt meant to go this low)
418 is the most i ever put up.
Wondering what everyone is pushin, i personally consider squats one of the best exercises and im sore as f@ck from my session earlier, good stuff.
