    BCAA or Glutamine?

    Which do you prefer ? I am thinking of taking both during my workouts

    you get enough bcaa's if you eat a good solid diet. there is no need to buy them.

    pretty sure thats against the rules. but hey, i enjoy it!

    id say neither to your question. glutamine is still pretty debated as to if it makes a difference and like the other poster said.... you should get enough Bcaas if your diet is up to par

    I find that drinking BCAAs (xtend) during my workout keeps me anti catabolic and more focused. However glutamine is the most prevalent amino acid in muscle. So adding some during the workout can't hurt... ?

    average bb diet gives you 35 -45 grams of glutamine from the proteins we consume. Its not necessary bro....

    I prefer to take glumatime before workout/cardio. It prevents you from being catabolic. Also its very cheap. No harm in buying it even if its saving 10% of your muscle.

    not to mention your body can synthesize gutamine from other amino acids

    im a huge fan of xtend, although my knowledge regarding bcaa's and glutamine is limited. i do feel like it helps me recover much faster

    id say both together ... i use BCAA's Post WO & Glutamine before bed... feeling Great and thats my opinion ..

    Yea you can get it from food ..,.. but your not always eating the exact same thing .. and not always getting it ... so if you have the cash for it get the pills and make sure you do

    Both.

    I take BCAA's with added Leucine/Glutamine.
