Hi guys, i just finished my cycle 2 months ago. still training with same frequency and intensity and diet...but i got a financial problem lately.i have to be more efficient for some expenses.
What do u guys think the most needed supplement at least i must still have it? to maintain all what i've done.
in my opinion there are Whey protein, Amino, and Glutamine. Any input would be much appreciated. Thank u!
