I'm 24 years old, 6'0 and 210 lbs. I've been lifting for some time and I really want to up my game in the gym. I've looked over these forums and what not, but figured I'd just post a new thread.
Basically for right now I'm looking at cutting. I saw on the BuySteroids site a cutting cycle but to be honest I don't know if I really trust it. I even asked my local nutrition store and he said he wouldn't buy unless I trust the source. He mentioned something about a huge bust by the FBI and that a lot of stuff out on the market now isn't worth buying.
I've taken American Cellular Lab's Tren Xtreme once and didn't see anything from it and now I'm taking ACL's AH-89. I take around 200-210g of protein a day, on top of 2700 calories.
Anyone have any suggestions on what the best course would be for me?
