So I have'nt been ON for over a year after a back injury. I continued to lift but just with lighter weights. I'm looking to get my strength and size back. My girlfriend originally did'nt want me to do it but shes agreed as long as I take it easy in the gym.
I'm excited to start the diet as I like to eat alot. I'm currently 186@15-16% bf. I ride mountain bike/road bike 4-5 times a week and will and include this in my regimen. I will be working about 6 times a week with one rest day.
Starting: 6'0 185@15% bf
GOAL: 215@13% bf
The diet will consist of lots of lean meats, vegtables, PEANUT BUTTER, Whey protein, FISH, RIBS,cottage cheese, EGGS, rice, ......come on you guys know what we eat. I'm looking at taking in 3500 calories a day.
My cycle is pretty basic but am willing to add some things to make it better.
Weeks 1-12 Test Enanthate 250mg x 2 per week
Weeks 1-10 Deca 200mg x 2 per week
Weeks 1-6 Dianabol 30mg per day
Weeks 13-14 40mg Nolvadex per day
Weeks 15-18 20mg Nolvadex per day
A few things I'm considering and was hoping you guys might give me your opinions.
1) Should I take 10mg of Nolvadex to prevent gyno or bloating? Will it stunt my growth.
2) If I decide to add Deca at what part of the cycle should I add it in? Do you think it would be worth while?
