    OK GUYS....looking for some tips

    So I have'nt been ON for over a year after a back injury. I continued to lift but just with lighter weights. I'm looking to get my strength and size back. My girlfriend originally did'nt want me to do it but shes agreed as long as I take it easy in the gym.
    I'm excited to start the diet as I like to eat alot. I'm currently 186@15-16% bf. I ride mountain bike/road bike 4-5 times a week and will and include this in my regimen. I will be working about 6 times a week with one rest day.

    Starting: 6'0 185@15% bf
    GOAL: 215@13% bf



    The diet will consist of lots of lean meats, vegtables, PEANUT BUTTER, Whey protein, FISH, RIBS,cottage cheese, EGGS, rice, ......come on you guys know what we eat. I'm looking at taking in 3500 calories a day.


    My cycle is pretty basic but am willing to add some things to make it better.

    Weeks 1-12 Test Enanthate 250mg x 2 per week
    Weeks 1-10 Deca 200mg x 2 per week
    Weeks 1-6 Dianabol 30mg per day
    Weeks 13-14 40mg Nolvadex per day
    Weeks 15-18 20mg Nolvadex per day

    A few things I'm considering and was hoping you guys might give me your opinions.

    1) Should I take 10mg of Nolvadex to prevent gyno or bloating? Will it stunt my growth.
    2) If I decide to add Deca at what part of the cycle should I add it in? Do you think it would be worth while?

    I don't like the 6 on, 1 off split.

    dbol dose is low and you're running it on the long side.

    are you gyno prone?

    sure, deca is worthwhile if your goal is bulking. If you're going to use it, run it at the beginning of the cycle. weeks 1-10 deca and 1-12 test.

    Took off 2 weeks of dbol and increased to 30mg. I had some trouble at 40mg of DBOL so I need to be careful.

    What is a better workout regimen? 5x a week 2 off?

    HCG? Clomid?

    I currently have clomid so I could add that easily.
    I'm assuming you think I should run HCG to bring the boys back. I could run 500iu per week at week 10 until end of cycle.

    clomid/nolva pct would be fine. If you already have the hcg then go for it. Use it the last 3 weeks of your cyle.

    I like to run my test 14wks
    dbol 5 wks max U can always bump it up to 50 mg ed
    Deca fine i like bold at 12 to 14 wks.
    i never run HCg, but dont listen to me i run nolvadex through out at a low dose and finish with clomid

    Sorry i did not read everything no it will not stunt ur growth. and yes deca will be worth while prob. better if you ran it longer
