    Couple more.

    The Christmas tree is coming out big time.HOLY SHIT!!!And I'm so white I'm haunting my back yard.When I get tanned up look out!!!Notice the veins in my right arm in the third pic hell yeah!!!

    Not a damn thing.I posted in another thread that all that supp crap is bullshit.All supps are nothing more then a way to throw your money away to a company that hooked you in to there marketing strategy for a reason to buy there bullshit products.I'll never give my money away for some product that's already provided in the foods I'm eating.Spend your hard earned money on food and dedicate your self to diet and training and the rest will fall into place.

    Thanks,I wanna expose my lower abdomen and see just how much muscle I can retain while doing so,maybe 4%.I've stayed full and hard throughout which tells me a couple things,I'm dialed in properly and not burning to much calories and no where near depleting my self.People tend to take to much carbs,fats out of there diets because there listening to what every no it all tells them is the law in dieting.Here's my answer how are you gonna tell me what works for me?I was always a heavy kid growing up, so slow metabolism hard to lose fat and put on muscle.So I put the process of elimination in effect and reserved patience for what I wanted to achieve.Simple.

    I agree about all the BS supps. I just take some vitamins & a protein shake here and there to get some extra protein when I don't feel like eating.

    I've always been on the heavy side growing up too. I bet it feels nice seeing you lean up week after week. That's probably why your seeing how far you can go and lean up 2 just so you know you could.

    You seem to have your diet down. Keep it up.

    Here's my diet primer.I dropped the chedder and added 12-16oz lean steak/2 cups of broccoli as last meal and ppwo is either 10oz turkey or 10oz boneless breast and broccoli.This was my first adjustment when the fat loss came to a crawl,and I upped my calorie expenditure by 10min am cardio and 20min pwo.My results are based upon process of elimination on what fats and carbs and at what level work best for my pre programmed metabolism and level of activity.Your response may and most likely differ from mine.http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=380496
