Im recovering from a deltoid tear and have been out for 12 weeks from any heavy upper body lifting. (Make Sure you always have a spot,, idiot at the gym bumped into me and sent my shoulder and a 100ibs DB behind my back, I can call myself an idiot also for not being more aware) anyways.
I started lifting 3 weeks ago have no problems with my shoulder but have lost a considerable amount of strength tho.
I was prescribed Test Cypionate 200m/l a week for 10-12 weeks but wasnt really given any directions after that, just how to take it. I've read into a little on here and not sure if I should be taking other stuff along side it or if I should have a PCT setup for when I get off, any help would be great!

I have a clean and dialed in diet I managed to maintain most of my upper body muscle while recovering, I did lose a little size and gained about 2% BF and lost 5 pound of total body weight
Id like to gain some muscle back and drop down the body fat, will I be able to that with what I am taking?, or I would rather drop the body fat for summer, but if thats not possible putting on muscle works for me.
