Stretch mark help

I've got some big stretch marks on my arms that keep getting bigger. Whats the best thing out there to remove/lighten them?

Tanning and you can use a product called Mederma, which is sold in drug stores and places like Walmart and Target.

I do go tanning and also do use Mederma. Anything else out there thats effective?

Oh man Ive got quite some experience in this subject, I hate SM i get them all the time here's what i do to get rid of them and "try" Prevent them..
Use coca butter cream and get a vitamin E cream too, Apply them on the area's as frequently as you can, (At least Twice a day) and this should over time fade the SM but you will probably still see them slightly, Also you should apply on other areas that can get SMs quick like.. Arms, back, between thighs, shoulders and the bum area.
(A good diet will help too):S
I regret not using creams earlier now i got to fight these SMs everyday, there soo annoying, I get them like mad through bulking but not everyone seems to get them tho.
