hi,i ran var for my 1st cycle,didnt wanna bulk up to much, but just add a small amount of lean muscle.i did 50mg for 7 wks with nice results, slight lean gain, and gud strength increases. i also took milk thistle as VAR is slightly taxing on ur liver. wud aim for 6-8 wks at 50-80mg. i did a pct even tho they say uve no need on var. better safe than sorry. slight sides whilst on var were stomach bloat, so drink plenty of water and keep ur salt intake down. gud luck and let me know how u get on!!
