    Pre Cycle

    I am almost Ready to start my first cycle, Currently I am Looking to Shed some Fat before I get started.
    I have tweeked my diet with a few things I have Gotten from the Diet section.
    I have been doing More Cardio.
    I am 6' 245lbs, Currently at 11% bf. I would like to get down to about 230-225 before I start to cycle.

    Besides Diet (As we all know) and My work out (5 Days a Week - 6th day cali)
    Would clen be a good Idea to shed some fat?

    You could use clen but at 6' 245lbs at 11% bf, I would start cycling with those stats, but that's your choice.

    Well I am ready, But I feel I could lose some Fat. I know I will bulk up and dont want to add to the fat I already have. Hence my hesitation. Im also still learning.

    I would save the clen for PCT as it will help solidify your gains at the end of the cycle along with helping burn some extra calories

    I did that once and didn't like it. During a cutting cycle my body was already burning calories off non-stop. I think Clen in PCT made me lose a little bit of gains. However, everyone's body is different.

    Thanx for the info, Stepped away to gym. So No Clen until PCT? GOT IT
