    Newbie needs help! Looking to enhance CV

    Dudes,

    Need help with enhancing my CV workouts and general performance, been out injured for a while and need a boost to kick start my fitness up again as I've gained a few pounds and lost fitness.......!

    Can anyone suggest a plan for me? Would prefer tablets to intravenious (sp??)

    start out with light cardio, then add some time to it, and add a little intensity/time and keep increasing it until you can get to 65/70% of your max heart rate for 30/45 mins, and there you go, back in the game . try HIIT also, I find it very beneficial

    Height?
    Weight?
    Body fat?

    Not quite there yet, doing 4 days a week, so thats pretty good. Only thing is now Im 31 Im sure its getting harder!!

    14.5 stone
    not sure at the moment, but not great!

    Was running at 13 stone for my last tri.

    Like the Hiit training, want to find something that will compliment my training.

    Thinking of trying restandol - but really dont know a great deal about this sort of thing - so want to get some friendly advise! It all gets too confusing when talking about stacking and estrogen and stuff - I dont want to turn in a bird!

    All much appreciated dudes...
