I am 30rs old. 6ft 245lbs. Recently Rearranged My diet, so Im closer to 9% BF that my usual 11-13%.
Here is My Dilemma, I have pretty nice size. After Years of working out on and Off i have been constant for past 5 Years w/ exception of car accident in 06' that set me back about 4months (Serious neck trauma).
Now I have been on the Ball about AAS for sometime now. Researching and asking questions.
Now I reached out to some of my people that play ball and even a contact in my Gym (Needless to say, After 10min of him laughing I got to the point) He even assumed I already used.
He claims I may have what is known as Freaky genetic. Wutever. I was a serious drinker so that set alot of my gains back. I have been sober for about 4 months and am almost in The shape I want. My only issue is, My goals to get bigger and stronger have been surpressed. I cant seem to lift more than 360 and even then, Afterward I feel like I was hit by a truck. (Lots of joint pain after lifting heavy - but thats another issue)
Long story short. Everyone is telling me Not to bother with AAS. I finally made up my mind to start my 1st cycle and now Im being advised that I dont need it. Even from one person who plays ball who is an offseason user.
Now I am ready to go with my 1st cycle. Still researching but ready. My contact (Who stands to gain) Tells me to just dbol for 4 weeks, pass my plateau and work to keep the strength (This also from a Guy who has muscles where I didnt know you could have muscles)
