whats the time frame from last shot to beginning pct after sus 250? does anyone recommend anything other than clomid for this? frequency of use would be a big help too. thanks

seems after some good reading nolvadex is a more inexpensive and productive choice than clomid. still could use some help on how long to wait after last shot to begin.

Go to the PCT forum and there are a few examples of how to properly run a PCT. BUt yes, 2 weeks after the shot

Run clomid 100/50/50/50 and run nolva 40/20/20/20 and defiantly read up on pct. Its important to know what you are doing to your body and why!
