    Q about a-dex and 19-Nor (letro)

Well guys I am wondering about adex use when you are running a NOR steroid, like deca or tren.

When you limit estrogen with adex would'nt progesteron also be limiten then, or what?

Steer me straight on this one.

Think about it mate, adex is an AI, it works at the aromatase enzyme to stop the conversion of androgens to estrogen.
Progesterone has the effect of down regulation of estrogen receptors in breast and uterine tissue. Lowering estrogen using an AI does not lower progesterone, in fact the higher the estrogen the lower the progesterone levels will be.

Infact, most androgens actually lower PgR and from what I've read (even 19-Nor's) prolactin also stays the same and does not increase at all.

I've heard it does work well with letro when on 19-NOR`s. Good to know it is doing it's job.

Yea i know LOL, i just explained in post #2.
Thats not my opinion by the way, thats from a medical point of view and the mechanism of action by which adex works.
Swifto has also pointed out that androgens also lower PgR.

I'm curious, would that be another benefit to stacking test with Deca or Tren (aside from libido, etc). Due to test's tendency to aromatize, then the estrogen levels would be higher thus counteracting the progesterone levels caused by Deca/Tren?

Do these dots connect, or not at all?

    thx
