    Talking 1st cycle ?'s

    Stats:24yo,6'ft,183-185 depends on time of day,11%bf.
    Training consistently for 5yrs.
    Goals:Gain 10-15lb of solid muscle and keep all after pct.Drop bf by a point or two.

    Good evening all,

    So here i go, i have done all my homework and will be starting my 1st cycle as soon as I hash out a few things,and this is were u gentlemen come in. So after much research and reading i have settled on running 250mg a week of test e for 10-12 wks,followed by nolva 40,40,20,20 and possibly an extra 2 weeks of nolva 20,20.I know some if not all will tell me to up the dose to 400-500mg a week,but for my goals i'm very confident this will work as I dont want an all out bulk as you know with my height&weight i guess i'm what most would consider lean.

    1st question-I know after researching other test cycle along with the new muscle gained, comes a measurable amount of fat.I would like to know if this is 100% avoidable with a clean diet.Or does extra fat just come with the territory.Along with 10-15lbs i wish to gain i would like to drop my bf by 1% or what i really wish is 2%.Is this possible with above mentioned cycle.I would also really wish to avoid using any other cutting compounds i.e var,primo,deca my body already naturally makes test so why in the hell would i want to put anything else into it ,even if it's synthetic test I know it's much cleaner and safer.Basically for this cycle and any i choose to do in the future test is the only thing for me.

    2nd question-I would like to know what is the best brand manufacture of testosterone e I should aim for please only human grade any help with this would be much appreciated.

    3rd question-Is pct on par?is there a need for any other supp's,ai's,or serms?besides nolva.

    I would go to 350mg on the test, and add clomid to pct.

    ^ Agreed with Rich.

    250mgs a week is low as can be. Hardly worth it, and likely to result in minimal gains.


    And as for your BF% question, no, higher BF% doesnt HAVE to come along with cycling IF your diet is great.

    Low sodium, lots of water, and a lean bulk clean diet is key.

    Though it sounds like you did a litttle research, you need to get yourself to the diet section and begin learning a little more about nutrtition.

    Thanks for the help guys.So if i go up to 350mg a week would a single shot at the beginning of the week say sunday or monday suffice?so at this dose i could still maintain a lean ripped look?thanks

    Even at your current dose it needs to be shot twice (every 3.5 days) per week, something like monday morning and thursaday evening, this is to ensure stable blood levels for optimum gains and minimal sides. Whether you maintain a ´lean ripped look´ will depend on diet and training (include cardio here).

    What you propose is fine IMO...the results you get will depend on you...everyones different ...and Question #2 is borderline..imo
