i don't really measure my diet that closely, i dont know how many oz everything is I just try and consume as much as i can through out the day 5 meals a day. I would say
Meal 1: 8:00AM
5 egg whites, Whole gain wheat toast w/ peanutbutter and a banana
Meal 2 11:00AM
Chicken breast, Apple, low fat cheese/yogurt, protein shake
...etc
... i eat 3 hours apart basically not complex food, i understand the importance of eating well, i eat a lot and i cant seem to put on the muscle mass i would like, Ive cut down on cardio hoping it would allow for more muscle building, but i havent had any luck, thats why i am where i am
