Abdomen after 2 days calorie surge!!

I bumped up all my fats and carbs.Traded almonds for natty peanut butter and all slow digesting carbs for starchy carbs as well as throwing a banana in with my cream of wheat.Cream of wheat is not a starchy carb but I was craving something different from oats, I don't like white potatoes for breakfast. Also a banana with pre and pwo meal. The veins are only getting larger and my muscles are really pushing against my skin.I gotta say this I've never been more driven to get in my best condition as a result of being disciplined with my nutrition. At this point I'm so lean that I can evaluate how each different carbohydrate effects my condition.I really see why bbr's keep a journal on what they eat and how they look from it, pretty amazing. When I started the calorie surge I was 172.3 after my pwo meal on fri,Last night I was 175.4 which is nothing in comparison to what this protocol is gonna do for my gains and replenishing a positive nitrogen balance, and will also spur muscle growth.I'm taking the day off and gonna try and sleep as much as possible to let my nervous system refresh a bit.I want to take 2 days off but I don't like to be out of the gym for more then 24hr's.Monday will be the real change up in the training.I'm gonna keep my leg lifts in the am before my morning cardio25 min,and bump up my pwo cardio from 25 min to 45 min only doing heavy abs once a week just rope crunches 3 sets.Keeping my calorie intake the same after much debate whether I should lower intake and raise expenditure I spoke to an amateur bbr that said I would only get smaller by doing that.He said as hard and lean as I am it would be the wrong move and that bumping up my cardio and doing heavy rope crunches once a week would be the final turn on the road to my best condition.

very impressive. Like you said, must be nice to be lean enough you can see almost immediate results from your carb intake changes. Only makes growth quicker when you know what works best for ya.

    Great job, more pics

Stay consistant with your meals for 1 month see how and when the fat loss stops or comes to a crawl and then up your calorie expenditure while keeping your calorie intake the same.

dedic8d1- you`re looking in awesome condition there.

Was curious to know your diet, you`re clearly consistent as the results show but is there anything you do to make your clean meals a little more palatable!

    thanks

Lemon juice on the chicken.Lemon Dash is a staple any type I use for my fish and chicken and tuna.No sugar perserves melted on my oats New Splenda, cinnimon I also use on my sweet potatoes.Butter buds or molly mc butter for my egg whites, broccoli.Nu salt on my steak. But remember the no guts no glory. In the ladder phases of the diet to reach your best condition dropping the sodium in steps will help remove the remaining fat from your lower abdomen to fully expose it.

Thanks buddy you look great yourself.I'm pretty excited about reaching my full potential this go around and I'll be there real soon. It's not even May and I can't believe I'm this tight.Honestly from this level of dedication to my nutrition and training I've never felt so good.No drug on the planet or any sex in the world can even touch this feeling of vindication and level of positive moral I've achieved from it all.I won't forget.

how should i drop sodium??? i dont wanna drop creatine but i only use 5grams a day.
as far a sodium that means what drop the:
    Mustards
    low sugar ketchup
    hot sauces
    soy sauce
    etc....
    ???

And im doing A.M cardio for 25mins keeping track of everything, still lifting heavy as usual and doing HIT,sprints,Walking my dog and Jiu-jitsu.so i plan on being G2G by June 8th which is my goal.Tan and Abs

If your doing am cardio don't do hit sprints yet.Save the high intense training for the ladder of your program.Don't drop anything until you've been at it for at least 8 weeks depending on your bf%and goals.Just wait and see what the am cardio does for a couple weeks and when the fat loss stops just up your cardio in the am and pwo.but don't eat any less.As far as sodium that will be the last thing to drop when the stubborn lower ab fat is all that's left.

    Thanks guys.

I'm using too much cream in my coffee and I drink alot of coffee, which is pretty much my chocolate so do speak. It's the only sweet I still haven't dropped. Now that it's the weekend going without it will be easier then taking it out on a work day.I can tell my skin is still very blurry in my shoulders where I'm crazy vascular, which is I'm almost positive is the dairy"cream".No more caffeine I can't stomach black coffee.I know I said I'd post pics tomorrow but I still haven't found the cash or time to tan so next Friday it's on.
