I bumped up all my fats and carbs.Traded almonds for natty peanut butter and all slow digesting carbs for starchy carbs as well as throwing a banana in with my cream of wheat.Cream of wheat is not a starchy carb but I was craving something different from oats, I don't like white potatoes for breakfast. Also a banana with pre and pwo meal. The veins are only getting larger and my muscles are really pushing against my skin.I gotta say this I've never been more driven to get in my best condition as a result of being disciplined with my nutrition. At this point I'm so lean that I can evaluate how each different carbohydrate effects my condition.I really see why bbr's keep a journal on what they eat and how they look from it, pretty amazing. When I started the calorie surge I was 172.3 after my pwo meal on fri,Last night I was 175.4 which is nothing in comparison to what this protocol is gonna do for my gains and replenishing a positive nitrogen balance, and will also spur muscle growth.I'm taking the day off and gonna try and sleep as much as possible to let my nervous system refresh a bit.I want to take 2 days off but I don't like to be out of the gym for more then 24hr's.Monday will be the real change up in the training.I'm gonna keep my leg lifts in the am before my morning cardio25 min,and bump up my pwo cardio from 25 min to 45 min only doing heavy abs once a week just rope crunches 3 sets.Keeping my calorie intake the same after much debate whether I should lower intake and raise expenditure I spoke to an amateur bbr that said I would only get smaller by doing that.He said as hard and lean as I am it would be the wrong move and that bumping up my cardio and doing heavy rope crunches once a week would be the final turn on the road to my best condition.
