    What are the good ones and the bad one's?What works and doesnt? I am just curious more than anything.

    These aren't magical beans that you just shoot into your body.... There are proper ways to take this in a safe way to ensure the best results. Diet is key my friend. There is plenty of useful information all around.... I'm learning more and more everyday that I did't know the day before.
