Eph - Benadryl

ive been on EPH for a while . and now im taking some time off to let my receptors come back. I want to speed up the process a little and i went to buy some Benadryl and there was 3 or 4 different kinds (cold/cough Sinus... Headache). What do u guys use or does it matter.

i take it you mean ephedrine/ephedra, if so then benedryl(actually the diphenhydramine in it is what you are referring too) won't do you any good for upregulation

get some ketotifen fumarate and run at 2-3mg/night
