which gyms pay their personal trainers the most?

in my area there's Gold's, NYSC, Planet Fitness, and a few privately owned gyms (BodyQuest, Premier Fitness, Vision Fitness).

I just got certified to work as a trainer and im looking for a gym to get started at. I dont have my own client base yet.
