Oils supplementing

Hey geys i know the name of the thread is tarded but couldnt figure anything else.
I was wondering what type of oil tablets we need , i.e.
I went to my local pharmacy, they had Fish Oil Tablets and Cod Liver Tablets
The pharmacist said cod liver oil tabs are better,
Is there any difference???
