My diet (Long story Short)
1st bowl of oats with banana and honey ful fat milk 2 slices of wholemeal bread with penut butter and multivitims and orange juice
2nd; 4 whole large eggs 2 slices wholemeal toast cottage cheese, and mackerel and fruit.
before workout,
Creatine then after Workout;3rd; protein shake can of tuna and 4 rice cakes.
4rth, portion of sweet corn peas broc, lean fish, tuna cottage cheese and 2 slices of wholemeal.
5th, before bed) bowl of oats with banana and honey, 2 slices of bread and tuna and vitimins.
