    Testonate 300

    Hi
    Cant find any thread to answer this so..

    Has anyone heard of "Testonate 300"? what is it? is it any good?

    When ive injected it, when do i sart to get any kind of feeling of something happening and what kind of feeling will i get?

    Will i feel an energy boost?

    Is it normal to want to sleep alot and eat like a horse?

    weight 75 kg (i think)
    height 5 foot nothing lol
    fat.. hmm fat belly but still got good muscle tone from previous training
    cycle exp: never used the juice before
    pct? dont know what that is sorry

    head to the diet section first, then once your done there, read up on pct, then read the steroid profiles, lastly inject yourself
    seems you know nothing about these substances...

    ok thanks, and i dont know much its true but i was really looking at repairing my injury and i read alot about what it can do for me and the side effcts and tbh i dont care about side effects i just want the use of my arm to be 100% again

    rotator cuff and tendon, I smashed the ball joint in an accident and the muscle and tendon came off so had surgery but not recovering any further, I was told that steroids would help so I reseached on google, found a lot of info (all positive) so went ahead and got some to try, I used to train before I was injured so I know the basics and still have good muscle tone..

    how long ago? rotator cuff injuries take long to heal, I've had one... and I still have lingering pains from it about 2 and a half years later.

    well its now 6 months ago, BUT I was discharged from physio coz I was doing so well, then I went back to work and overdone it.. the physio says theres nothing wrong just need to exercise it maybe swim a lot, well I'm sick of having 1 arm and prepared to have side effects as long as I get my arm back, also love to train.

    getting on a cycle won't make your arm heal up bro, just don't over do it, yet don't baby it either. It takes time

    i was planning on training slow and carefull tbh, but what I have been reading tells me that it may help just a bit to re-gen those bits that have the damage.. I hope, thanx for you're input fresh much appreciated

    no prob man, imo your original plan, slow and careful, would be the best way to go about things. theres a chance you might end up hurting yourself more while on cycle (it might feel better and then you push it too hard and then your back where you started) prior to my injury i would db shoulder press 90s for reps, took me around a year or so to strengthen my shoulder back up to that.

    Start your research here. Understand the substances you will be putting into your body as well as the risks you run. If you don't know what pct is. I suggest you start. definitely want to run pct after your cycle to keep gains.
