Tiredness is killing me !

Hey ..

I just finished my first cycle of 10 bottles of Test ******* around 4 weeks ago .. for the past 5 -6 weeks I have been so tired its unreal ! My whole body especially arms feel extremly heavy and Im constantly knackered. I could sleep all day and when I wake up its as if I never been to sleep ... Has anyone experienced side effects like this or has had any experiences in sorting this out ?

Test of Iron the PH, if so it because the shit built up your test and then you just quite with out coming off of it correctly, that what I hate about PH....they will mess you up faster then the real thing...

Whats PCT ? sorry im sort of new to this game and after as mush advice as possible. When I finished the course of test I started a packet of homemone tablets !

Is this felling normal ... and how do I solve it, or will it just level out as my body goes back to normal !

pct stands for (post cycle therapy) which you have to do when you come off of a cycle to restore your natural testosterone that's why u feel horrible because your crashing(test levels are very low).you need to get some nolvadex and clomid and do a pct.you can go to the pct section here and do some research to understand more and get some ideas

Thanks man ! so these symptoms are normal considering a I didnt start a PCT .. ? Have been reading through the section on the main page and it recommends the the following for PCT

clomid 150/100/50/50
nolva 40/40/40/40

I take it these are injections and not oral tablets ? were can I source these items. I live in the UK ? and how are they taken.. and will they eliminate the feeling im having ?

How soon after I finish the PCT is it recommended to start a second cycle of test ?

tablets can not give or talk about source of these items, you live in the UK it should be easy....to find them

hey man ... I have been taking Serpafar ( Clomiphene citrate ) 50mg for the past 3 weeks and thats it ... are these ok to take and are they enough .. just dont wanna be taking the wrong thing man or be missed informed by anyone !

dude. it's been three weeks, thats plenty of time for you to find out what you should be doing. Clomiphene 50mg/day is the worst pct I've ever heard of. Maybe it'll do though, I don't know.

I take that back. Gaspari Novedex is the worst.

Thats why im on here man ! Its now clear that I have been misinformed, I was just doing what was recommended to me by other people who have been into bodybuilding for years ! so I thought It was cool what I was doing ! Then after the severe tiredness I decided to check the net and found this site ... which is very informative by the way. I wish I had found this resource long before now ! all I can do now is hope everything returns to its normal state and start reading alot more on here before my next cycle !

I checked the PCT thread and it said Clomiphene was good along with nolva ( what is nolva used for ? ), maybe a higher doseage to start but that seems to be the most popular option !

So now I know what I should be doing and will have myself better prepared for my second cycle .. !

Hope this tiredness lets up a bit though its drivin me nuts !

If it's a ph you did than most people can get away with either clomid or nolva but if it was me I'd do both.nolvadex is a anti estrogen which also helps raise test levels

this isnt really about bodybuilding, its about body protecting. you should never put something inside you that you don't fully understand; doing so can be extremely dangerous. 15 mins of searching google about Test Cycling would have brought you to endless articles about PCT.

start that PCT asap click the banner to the top right and get everything you need
