    can this be right

    im am 3/4 through my cycle and my strength has just waned i mean i am lifting 15 -20 kg less on most things than i was 2 weeks ago . everything feels like i am lifting a house . one of the so called gym experts . (every gym has one) told me i was over trainning . how can you over train . can this be true .

    If you know that your gear is good than I would say that he is rt.

    this stuff good m8 . i increased my build and lifting power by more than i could imagine . im watching my diet carefully taking my protien not forgetting i need carbs to . but i didnt think 3 hrs a day 5 days a week was excessive . i know lads doing alot more than that . maybe my age is kicking in to .

    I never go over 1 1/2 hrs...normally dont go over an hour. 3 is too much..Im not sure what your doing that would take so long but Im guessing your over training.

    i never stop m8 . mon wed frid i do my back and tri and legs tues thurs my bis my chest and sit ups . and every day i do a 30 min swim . this is the way i have always done it . is it wrong

    there is that many cable and machines aswell as free weights i want to do the lot . i feel like i am cheating myself if i leave early .

    no . lol

    and like ive said everyday swimming . atleast 30 mins .

    You are over training like a crazy man. Whaen I am on cycle I wwill sometimes do a bodypart in the morning and another in the evening. But 3 in one sessin not even split through the day is crazy. Give your body the rest it needs and you will grow and you wont be so damn tired

    yah, that's waay too much bro.

    I personally don't need to see the need to hit a body part more than once a week.

    here's another option:

    M Chest/bicep
    T off
    W Back
    TH off
    Fri Legs
    Sa Delt/tricep
    Sun off

    No way you should be in the gym for 3hrs.

    3 hours a day bro your crazy im in and out of the gym maximum hour and a half.

    where the shoulder workouts? Even if you over train to the extreme i cant see it dropping 20kg of strenght,, that doesnt make much sense. Maybe you just had a bad couple days.
    What is your cycle adn what have your stats jumped up to.

    i do my shoulder m8 with my chest i never thought of them as seperate .bad week more like . stuggled to do 120kg today on the bench ffs. 6reps my arms felt like jelly . my trainning bud was wetting himself

    oh i never mix shoulders and chest same day,, chest and back maybe but thats just me. Anyways,, what were your stats prior and what are they now?

    Well before that is what i was lifting 120kg .and then i got it up to 140kg now im back at 120kg but it feels heavier than before lol . Look i know it makes no sence . . Im taking the weekend off go back monday see what happens
