meal 1: 7 eggwhites with 2 yolks (for flavor) 8 0z of chicken salad, 2 bananas
meal 2: protein shake 60 mg, almonds or peanuts unsalted
meal 3: 2chicken breasts 2 thighs (grilled) or steak or tons of sushi, rice vegetables
meal 4: tuna salad and some fuit or beef jerky
meal 5: protein shake 60 mg and or protein bar
meal 6: go to mother's or sister's to eat whatever is for dinner ex beefstew, ground beef with veggies you get the idea rice, fruit(eat till i cant)
go to gym
meal 7: protein shake 60 mg and tuna salad or hb eggs.
i try to stay full at all times with protein rich foods. absolutely no bread, cookies, nachos, pizza etc
