    Talking my var experience

    I was running var for 30 mgs a day ...ANd it was awesome....I am not into bodybuilding though....Im into martial arts....but still it was great....I started feeling how hard i was getting, then the vascularity increased, Im not sure if var had anything to do with it(Cause I was training hard) but my stamina was great(maybe cause the increased vascularity?).... A great experience....now there is the age to consider.im only 20 but from what i read from var I just assumed it was a highly priced steroid with virtually no sides... it is pricey... but i felt awesome...right now I am not on it...and just got injured so no training yet.....but i felt great(once again)

    I started taking it because I recieved noticed of my first amateur fight a 5 weeks ago....Devoted to training since 2004....devoted to good training, good diet and good rest since 2007, my gains have been fairly lean.....But once again i have to say wow....from what i read a lot of people consider taking it for 4 weeks a waste of money and specially at 30 mg ed.only found 1 guy who stated that he thought that no more than 30 mg should be needed...

    So to all of you who want to spice up the training, I think var did its thing

    Starting at 20 is quite young for steroid usage however whats done is done unfortually. Did you do a proper PCT to keep whatever gains you made with using Var? How long did you run it as well? Weight? Height? Also and before and after pics taken while being on the cycle?

    honestly i doubt 30mg really did much for u it was probably just ur training.

    yea 30mg is an extremely low dose. i was doing up to 80mg/day and i was still unimpressed with anavar...

    i think anavar with test would be a great cycle

    Which martial arts are you into elpropiotorvic

    Since I have been in Tae Kwon Do myself for over 17 years I have had a lot of experience with the sport and could definitly help you out

    ANAVAR is a great oral AAS,,,thats very well tolerated by most all.
    Great gains,,no sides.

    so u think 30mg is a good dose amount? maybe u missed that part

    30mg aint gonna do much from my experience..
    reckon your improvements are from the 'placebo' effects. you're on your cycle, so you mentally feel more positive and makes u train harder.

    I honestly dont think its placebo, i noticed the vascularity and the fullness Also the workouts I did were killers, i think without the var i would have probably overtrained myself.......I was eating about 360g of protein, with about 400 or 450g of carbs.., my fat intake wasnt much...just olive oil and *****s.. sleeping right no partys on the weekends or anything ....meditating for about 30 min /1 hour daily....I ran it for 33 days....and did 3 weeks on nolva for 20 mgs a day.....NECROSAR i was training MMA i currently stopped due to an injury........I started at 193 pounds 6ft, ended at about 186-188 lbs...

    Also I dont want to sound like one of the AR gurus...becausee I dont have near half the exp they do in terms of training dieting or cycling....but did it maybe not work at that dose for others because of lack of consistency with a diet or a training program?

    no u can have amazing results with diet and training alone and thats why i do not believe it was the anavar. obviously if u improved ur diet and uped ur training ur gonna experience gains ur not used to. ive taken a bunk cycle before and still had descent results do to my diet and training. also dont worry about sounding like an AR guru. lol
