I started taking it because I recieved noticed of my first amateur fight a 5 weeks ago....Devoted to training since 2004....devoted to good training, good diet and good rest since 2007, my gains have been fairly lean.....But once again i have to say wow....from what i read a lot of people consider taking it for 4 weeks a waste of money and specially at 30 mg ed.only found 1 guy who stated that he thought that no more than 30 mg should be needed...
So to all of you who want to spice up the training, I think var did its thing
