hey got some hcg in the little 1ml glass bottles comes with the powder and the liquid my question is how do i break the glass top and should i worry about any little glass shards mixing in with it when i go to inject. how do u guys use the little 1ml bottles

wipe the amp with alcohol,
take small metal file and score the neck
wrap in towel and SNAP the neck off, this should give you a clean break

u dont have to worry abt that..jst put the ampule in a towel or some thick tissue paper..so u can avoid hurting ur self..cover the head..and snap it..be very gentle..dont squeeze the ampule..u might break the part wher the liquid and the powder is..goodluck

I take a scalpule and score the ampule than wrap a wassh cloth around the ampule and apply pressuree with my thumb and the top will pop of. You do not want to get glass in the mixture

I understand how to break off the tops of amps, but hcg generally comes in 5000iu amps and typical doses are 250 - 500 ius. Does everyone just buy a sterile vile to store their reconstituted hcg?

Also if your worried about glass they make a filter syringe for ampule that are cheap but a I do not feel that they are needed

Use an insulin syringe to draw with. It measure easier that way anyways, but it also is too small to have to worry about glass being drawn up.

They usually come together The amount of powder is what matters the most. Once oyu know that you have to then figure how much each part of water will have in it. For ex. if you have 5000iu of powder and 1ml of water (as mine are) then you will want to draw .1ml to get 500 iu for a shot, or if you are doing 1000 iu eod then you can take .2ml. If you use the insulin syringe it is the easiest to measure. Keep in mind that when reconstituting don't agitate the powder, just drip the water down the side of the bottle holding the powder, then refrigerate after mixing.

mine in a vial with a rubber stopper like a ugl vial of oils.....is it okay to just insert the 1ml of bact water via syringe into that vial and then withdraw from it as needed?

Ok I get it. This wasn't cear in your first post. Are you concerned about sterility storing it this was. Seems like you might be leaving a syringe preloaded for quite a while.

I am not worried about that no. I think there are those that will not be comfortable with it though. I just take the end off of the storage barrel, and stick the new needle in the water and draw. That happens four times per mix. The last time I just use the storage needle since it has never been used. I do 1000 eod so we are talking a week/8 days. I also keep it in a baggie in a container in the fridge.

I just break them off, by holding the amp with my right hand, and using my left thumb and index finger.It will "pop" when it breaks.This is due to a slight vaccum effect the ampule makes.No worries.No shards of glass to contend with.P.S. I'm right handed Good Luck.Titanium

5000 i.u. X 1 cc of bac water=5000i.u per cc.
Take 1 cc of bac h2o, recostitute the powder carefuly.
I use my own sterile bottles with my own bac h20.
Inject the 1cc of reconstituded hcg into the bottle.
Then add 9cc of bac h2o ,for a total of 10 cc's.
Now you have 500i.u per cc e.d.
I use small 3cc syringes, and use clean ones each time.
There cheap to buy.
