    What is the ultimate stubborn fat burner

    you guys guessed it...midsection.

    Diet in check. Cardio in check. Gym rat. Tried most (best or so they say) fat burners. Done low-to no carb diet and the midsection is still alive and kicking.

    BF not sure...but I believe last time I was 16% and it all comes from the mid.

    Please throw me some options as I am done with all these "legit" over the counter fatburning craps

    I am very excited to throw some t3 in the mix with this summers cutting cycle. Will adding this t3 really be noticeable compared to not running it?

    It's crazy hard to use but I know it works for almost everyone who uses it correctly. It's called ................D I E T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

    ^^ Agreed. There are very few people who actually do have their diets straight, even if you think you do there's always a tweak or two to speed up the fat loss.

    Caffeine and Cardio !!! Easiest.. cheapest and MOST EFFECTIVE Way IMO !!!

    You need to understand how fat gets stored on men and women

    It gets stored in different places for male and female, and will "Burn" off in a certain order

    the midsection being one of the last places to go

    SO, your diet has to be SPOT on for that last little bit to go

    depends, if you run the t3 at a good dose you will notice, but it will also burn through some muscle, i wouldn't run them without AS

    this works as well, though it's a little on the pricey side, but it has a benefit that nothing else does.....that being reduction of number of fat cells
