you guys guessed it...midsection.
Diet in check. Cardio in check. Gym rat. Tried most (best or so they say) fat burners. Done low-to no carb diet and the midsection is still alive and kicking.
BF not sure...but I believe last time I was 16% and it all comes from the mid.
Please throw me some options as I am done with all these "legit" over the counter fatburning craps
