injecting in delt of injured shoulder?

I have torn cartilige in my left shoulder that I've hed for 17 years. I've learned to manage it pretty well, but it does get inflamed from time to time. I just injected into my left delt, and it hurts about 1000 times worse than any injecting yet. I did my previous injection in my right delt, and that one was completely painless. I'm thinking the pain has something to do with the injury. Something like the extra pressure from the juice causing slight inflamation to feel like a lot of inflamation. The injection was only ml test e. Same as was painless in right delt.

The reason I'm asking, is I might just skip left delt in the future as an injection site. I know virgin muscle and all, but this is much worse than any other virgin muscle.

i would think cause it is foreign subtance injecting into shoulder it would cause irritation and bad pain. do to the previous damage.

Suspension or depot ? I have not seen the talk of DMSO on any forums . Maybe this is old school or a myth.
