Cidoteston: Real or Fake??

There are a lot of reviews on Cidoteston and a lot of questions as to weather it is real or fake. Anyone on here have any experience with Cidoteston?
I just picked some up and my guy said it is human grade and the best he has. He offered me other test but I went with this because he said it was the best he had.
