    help me quick question

    I want to prime before I start my cycle and loose some BF. My Daily recomended calories is 3458. So how many calories should I reduce that to for about a month or so to where I can loose bf but not muscle before my cycle? Also I am on ECA stack how long should I stop that before cycle and is there anything to take before I start my cycle to get my receptors back up?

    didn't i already answer all these questions for you... ur "priming" should take about a year at your bf level

    Ohh ok so how many calories should I cut to where I am loosing bf and not muscle? Also what about the eca stack is that any good or should I leave that alone?

    eca works well, but u have to cycle on and off every 4 weeks... give me a link to your thread.. i cant find it..

    How many calories u need to cut is going to come from trial/error and experimentation. Honestly, no one is going to be able to supply a definitive figure as to how many calories you need to cut so you lose only fat and spare lean muscle. Not only that, it's not just the amount of calories, but WHAT those calories that you cut are. Obviously you wouldn't want to cut protein, and whether or not they are fat/carb calories depends on where u are cutting them out, when, why, by how much, etc. Again, all trial and error. I suggest keeping a log to track the changes made and the headway that is seen/not seen regarding the results.
