So this summer I have to go Home and work on the beach as a lifeguard. I'll have no gym membership because Im not going to pay 400 for a summer account. There's a cheaper gym for 10 a month but they have only cardio equipment and DBs up to sixty, no free benches what so ever and only smith machines.
Here's my plan.
-I was going to follow the P90x program because thats something i can do in the guard room or at home.
- I'm going to due the p90 diet strictly (comes to about 1600 call a day!!low) and high in protein and low in carbs
My supplement questions are:
1. Are these multivitamins pills BS, like is it just expensive urine or is it absorbed into the body?
**2. I want to run a Clen + T3 combo. I've taken clen before and fat just melts off, but with a high cardio work out and low cals would it be a good idea to run those together. And are there enough cals in a diet that low to even take T3?**
