I am 33 years old, 5'8", 192 lbs, ~12% BF and I wanted to do a cycle to gain muscle and lose fat. I have working out 4-5 times a week for the past few years. I have a clean diet of 7-8 meals a day...
Egg whites, Oatmeat, Brown Rice, Yams, Chicken, Fish, Lean Red Meat, Tuna, etc.
I was thinking of doing the following cycle:
400 mg Test Prop - weeks 1-10
0.5 mg L-Dex EOD - weeks 1-10
40 mg Anavar ED - weeks 3-10
100 mcg Clen ED - alternating 2 weeks, on 2 weeks off for weeks 1-14
PCT (Weeks 11-14):
Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolva 50mg
Weeks 1-2 - Clomid 100mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Weeks 3-4 - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg
What do you all think of this cycle? How should it be changed or improved?
