    Lean Muscle Cycle: Test Prop, Anavar, Clen

    I am 33 years old, 5'8", 192 lbs, ~12% BF and I wanted to do a cycle to gain muscle and lose fat. I have working out 4-5 times a week for the past few years. I have a clean diet of 7-8 meals a day...

    Egg whites, Oatmeat, Brown Rice, Yams, Chicken, Fish, Lean Red Meat, Tuna, etc.

    I was thinking of doing the following cycle:

    400 mg Test Prop - weeks 1-10
    0.5 mg L-Dex EOD - weeks 1-10
    40 mg Anavar ED - weeks 3-10
    100 mcg Clen ED - alternating 2 weeks, on 2 weeks off for weeks 1-14

    PCT (Weeks 11-14):

    Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolva 50mg
    Weeks 1-2 - Clomid 100mg + Nolvadex 40mg
    Weeks 3-4 - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg

    What do you all think of this cycle? How should it be changed or improved?

    might try starting the adex dose at .25mg EOD and then if you need to increase go from there. No need in supressing all your estrogen, you need it to grow!

    you clen doses are off.. need to change that

    I start with 60 mcg of clen for two days go up to 80 when I feel like I can handle more go up to 100 but I never go past 120 some people exceed that dosage I choose not to.
