Opinions PLEASE
I started working out at 19. My weight was 180-185 pounds at 19% bf. I was a skinny guy
So I got myself onto a workout plan that would change every three weeks and I started to eat every three hours. No sugar, no fat. All the good stuff. I aim for 4500 calories a day, usually hit around 3800- 4000.
I am now 23, 6”4 at 11% bf, I weigh 205 pounds.
I am getting stronger but can’t seem to get much bigger. I would like to be around 220 by the end of the year.
Im thinking of getting onto a cycle, maybe do two.
Have I been going at this long enough to move onto the next step???
What do you guys think, opinions PLEASE.
I don’t want to bulk up with water weight, just pack on more muscle
