    Arrow Pic of Me. What the hell.........

    well, since everyone is posting pics, and I am a member, here it goes.........go easy on me please.........this was a show from July 27th of this year........placed 1st heavy, and won overall......so, the whole show..............thanks people! (I'm the one in the most muscular pose, not the guy on the left)

    In that shot.......

    I was 217........right now I am 236.

    I'll be down to like 225 or so for some pics being taken at the end of this month. It totally sucks when you have to diet around the holidays. Then again, I've always been "different" in that regard, so I am use to it.

    You know, you go to some get together or whatever, people are eating chips, soda, beer, pizza, mixed drinks, etc. I walk in with my bottled water, and ask "where's the fridge", so I can place my protein shake (flax oil in it) inside so it doesn't spoil. The looks you get! LOL!!

    i used to carry 4 cans of tuna with me to high school and eat them in class.. people used to call me tuna...i know how it feels to be the one drinking water and watchin people eat chips and shit..but hey while there eating chips i'm eating a metrx bar..well see who laughs last..keep up the good work...Madmax..

    should ever feel that way, so I hope u were kidding........ Be proud of what you have accomplished. Hell, I know that feeling though.........standing around backstage you look at 100's of other dudes damn near naked, and find the best bodypart on each one and wish you had them all..............


    That was a show, so I had to be in tip top shape. I don't walk around like that 24-7, but I hover 10-15 lbs. above what u see here. I am taking some pics near the end of this month, so I'll see what a more mild SwoledUp diet has done for me in 5 months.
