Sustanon once a week???

I am going to take Anavar 40mgs / ED. While this is my first cycle, I feel as though i will be especially susceptible to sides given how potent everything works in my body when I take it. With that, I know you are supposed to take Sustanon 250 twice a week, but can I just shoot it once a week to complement the Var? I would like to just take Var, but everyone seems to think that it would just be a waste and need some test to go with it. Thanks fellas...

Actually due to the short esters in Sust, you SHOULD be shooting it EOD , not twice a week

T-MOS I always see you respond to threads so for that thank you. I dont want to do a full cycle of Sustanon, just something to complement Var. Will one shot a week suffice? Or if I were to use Test E or Prop, what is the minimum amount I could use that would still be beneficial? Keep in mind this is my first cycle, and I dont want to deal with the side effects of a lot of Test. Thanks man (or for those of you who respond)

You need Test bro...... Not having enough test can have a pretty shi*ty outcome as well.... If its your first cycle. I would only run test. IDK what gave you the idea you HAVE to have anavar.... But First cycle. Test only.

Test e would be a good idea, less shots but imo you do need a test in there...

Test E is shot twice a week

Prop is shot ED or EOD

I would go with a TEST ONLY shot and do Test E @ 500mgs/week for 12 weeks

why are you monkeying around with sust and Var on your first cycle?/ where do you guys get the info thsat these would be good beginner cycles?>

Why would Test and Var not be a good first cycle? I know I have said this previously, and its trivial whether the guys on here believe it, but our family (genetics) react to things in our bodies verrrry well. My cousin did Sus250 for a little over 4 weeks and stopped because he was getting so big so fast. He put on like 16-18 lbs. I mean granted, I supposed thats what your getting into when you do this stuff but he stopped early cause it worked so well.

With that, I was just gonna do Var but because EVERYONE keeps saying dont do Var only, I wanted to do a minimal amount of test to coincide with var. So what is the amount of Test E I could use (T-mos thank you for letting me know its twice a week), that would be beneficial but not alot. I dont want to worry about horrible acne or gyne. Even if that can come with a little, I still would like to keep the dosage down. Would 100mgs twice a week suffice with 40 mg/ed with var work? I have no clue. Thanks....

200 mgs/week of test is considered a therapeutic TRT dose, so that would be FINE or 250 a week i think would be the minimum I would do in order to see nice gains

Last question... Can one run that Var and Test E cycle for just 6 weeks? If so, when do I start PCT? And what is necessary for that? While i was just gonna use clomid for a Var only, if I throw in 250 of Test E a week, I will need what?

NO, test enanthate is a VERY long ester, it won't even fully kick in for 4-6 weeks so you should run long esters for at least 10-12 weeks

if you want short 6 week cycle, then go with Prop, but thats ED or EOD shots

PCT timing for Test E starts 14 days after last test e injection
