How do u do it? Suck it out with a needle then take off the needle and drink from it or put it in a cup?

So a 30ml 1mg/ml should last 4 months correct if .25mg is done? Is it as effective as the pill?

I have never done the pill... just liquidex but it does work wonders for that estrogen bloat man...

30ml/ .33mg per ml(tested) 1 ml ed = 4.2 weeks

just make sure when you measure your ldex that you have the syringe upside down. otherwise youll take more and could short yourself.. :O
