I'm using MuscleTech Hydrazide to cut some water and see a little more definition on my trip this coming sunday. I'm already pretty lean, so I think cutting the water would really help. It is 7 servings, so I am using it all this week.
My plan is to drink 2 gallons water per day for the next 4 days, along with 2g sodium ED. Day 5 I will drink 1.5 gallons and take sodium to 1.5 grams. Day 6 is 1 gallon and sodium at 1g. On sunday I will have no sodium and just sip water.
Am I doing this right?
P.s.: I'm taking nothing right now beside 100mg caffeine 2 times per day (i'm cycling off stims). I stopped creatine yesterday.
