So i started getting ready for the beach way early this year.........everything was going great...got fairly lean, abs comming through, arms and legs got sut and WHAMgot my ass fvcked up and in the hospital
So.....
....been there for a month and got fat and watery.....gained fat mostly on my stomach, and i dunno what is water because i'm all paraoid about it now but i DID gain a lot of fat d@mn it
diet was : (SERIOUSLY) MEAL 1 : bread and butter or jam, MEAL 2 : potatoes AND pasta with hardly any meat, MEAL 3 : same as meal 2 or grits
And you americans complain about your medical care![]()

So, I need to get back!
I have 2 months!
(thats when i'm going on my vacation)
I'm doing a prop only cycle, 30 min cardio in the morning empty stomach, gym in the evening and HIT cardio after the weights....
This is more extreme then when what i did before but drastic times call for drastic measures...
Any thoughts/tips/whatever...?
