    Help a poor man.

    Hi:
    I am Bulgarian and my English is very bad for you is excuses.
    I want to ask for sample steroid cycle because I started to diminish.
    I am 21 years, 86 kilograms, 185 centimeters high. 4 years of practice.
    I learn in university and work in 2 years.
    А friend told me about this forum that have helped him.
    I'd like to get some weight and decreased fat.

    And I apologize that once let a new theme, but my English is poor and very difficult to translate and write a dictionary.

    usually read the rules and then ask but here it is difficult.

    I will write a new topic in the diets and workouts forums, for simple diet and Training program

    Heres some advice:

    Take the next 4 years and:

    Lift, Train and Cardio your ass off

    Eat, Eat and then EAT some more! Make sure diet is correct, but you will still need to eat!

    Learn more English!

    Also by the looks of your pics you need to hit the gym hard. If you are only 21 you have plenty of time. I would look at your DIET and your workouts. Make sure everything is fine tuned. You can get excellent reuslts just from working out. If you have been training now for four years, hard it looks like you need to stop eating junk food and start some serious cardio. Don't do a cycle now. Your BF seems a little too high. Hit the gym, start a serious diet, and start running around the block.

    It seems clear he is NOT asking for steroids but he is asking for diet and workout advise.

    He MAY be a troll but he seems to be going to a LOT of work to try to convince us he is not so we should give him the benifit of the doubt and try to help this guy with the proper advise.

    Obviously he English is not GREAT but it's not bad considering it's not his first language and he has only been studying for 4 moths so lets keep things simple guys and try to help him some..

    What you need is a good healthy diet and training.
    Diet is NOT eating less. you need to read more on the diet section. read the stickys at the top of the forums on diet. You need to eat 6+ times a day. Learn what to eat and when to eat it.
    Then learn how often to work out, what to work out and when. FORM is 90% of working out. It's not lifting heavy or doing fast reps, it's making sure you are working the desired muscles group.

    We are here to help, not hurt. It's just we get many people come her to ask Where to buy steroids and that's a BIg no, no. This is about education on exercise, diet and the proper way to use steroids IF someone is using them. There is a LOT to learn.

    With your current physical condition using any steroids would hurt you long term. The answer for you is diet and exercise for at least the next year +

    you are in no condition to be doing steroids! You have no muscle base and are very high in BF % YOU need to train for at least 18mo. In my opinion b4 you start using or you are not going to get anywhere
