    guesstimate on bf % from abs

    just bf estimate % 8ish?

    id like to get down below 5% with really jacked 6 pack by end of this cycle, so 11 weeks to go

    yes i realize legs /back would help will take some more pix halfway thru cycle...hard 2 photo legs i have hairy legs
