Aright so im startin my first Cycle ever. 500 mgs/week for 12 weeks...pct clomid and nolva


Height- 6 ft 2
Weight- 165
just need some advice on what to do what not to do
not going to be starting yet but in a month or so for football purposes only

~MY DIET~
Protein shake upon waking
4 whole eggs 3 egg whites
3 whole wheat slices of bread with full glass of Orange juice

Mid day snack
Peanut butter sandwiches

Lunch
2 large chicken breasts and pasta with either a potato or 2-3 slices of whole bread

Pre workout
2 scoops of whey with milk

Post
Protein shake with a banana

snack
anything

Dinner
Either Chicken breasts or some type of seafood

Before bed
2 scoops of whey with milk

I usual end up btwn 300-330g of protein a day and def over 4000 calories a day. My carb intake is proper.
