Well once i put all the thing in livestrongs Daily plate thats what i get. I do eat 2 cups of rolled oats in the morning with 16oz of milk. I also eat 2 bars a day between meals, i have Detour bars. (just one bar has 460 calories, and 30g of protein). If i would love to write every detail out but takes too long so not yet. But soon.
And i make a typo i meant to write 4500-5000 calories a day, but two days ago i did get to 5128.
