    We have Started our Second Cycle

    Today my and my friend (Pahhan) started our second cycle. For those who does not know we are doing 500mg a week of test e, doing 250mg every 3.5 days apart. 300mg of Deca and 50mg Dbol 25mg twice a day. Last 6 weeks we will do 50mg of Anavar. Cycle will be 16 weeks long. For PCT we have HCG, Nolva and Clomid.

    So fare the shots went well, the gear is good, Test did not sting or was painfull, unlike others that i have used in the past. Deca had a slight tension feeling in the spot of injection, but went away after few hours. I personally started dball 2 days ago 25mg a day, just to see how i will react to it. It does not make me gassy lol so its good. Last time a guy sold me some crap and it felt like it was designed to fight constipation.....

    Anyways so fare so good, diet in check, same goes for my workout program.

    Yes agree with the above statement, you can add alot more mass naturally.
    and not to flame or anything but it doesnt look like you have ever cycled, what was your first cycle?

    You just did not see my pictures before this. I have gained about 13 pounds i did 250mg of test e for 12 weeks and i only had about 20 good 25mg dball pills. I did not really pay to my diet, however i have learned my lesson. I have learned quite a bit on here.

    So this cycle i am looking to gain about 30lb.

    but your base is like as mature as a 15 year old who is steady in teh gym

    ...i just started my cycle...and i havent been ur size for a LONG time...good luck making gains not on cycle...

    You shouldnt even waste your time with gear yet you would grow without them on good diet and training alone, too late now though what ever size you gain will be lost within weeks without propper diet afterwards. This thread is another example of when not to use steroids. On a plus side at least you got one thing right your running a test only cycle.

    How old are you?
    How many years have you actually been working out?
    I also think you could of gained way more naturally and before even hitting the juice you should have your diet in check and understand what to eat and why you are eating it and craft your diet towards your goals.
    I waited nearly 5 years before even hitting the juice.
    Thank god I didn't because back then I had no idea and concept of an actual diet.

    i am 24, almost 6,2" worked out for some time since 2004, on and off. But for the last 2 years i have been in the gym at least 3 days a week. Just got tired of working my ass out and seeing tiny results. I have tried eating wright and quite a bit and still would make minor progress. I think its genetic in my family my dad could not gain any weight til he was 36, looked like he was 19. Sorry but i dont want to be like that....

    Thanks for the good lucks.... and for those who think i am not ready and loose all my gains i will prove you wrong! Watch and see!

    This is the best advice I've read so far. IMO - yuo have not maxed out the diet thing and working your ass off in the gym. Save or sell the juice - spend the money on a big muthafukker trainer who will work your ass off. Then pig out on 3-6 chicken breasts aday and tuna tillyou puke. That will add WAY MORE mare than gear!

    Bro get some sus. Depending where you get it, test could be water down bunk crap. I do not think you have a small frame but you definitely do not look like you have cyced. You haven't posted your work out either. That could be a MAJOR factor. I've seen guys without juice blow up bigger than guys on juice simply because they knew how to work out and diet. Basic guidlines:

    workout 5 days a week concentrating on a single body part a day. change the workout routine WEEKLY .

    eat twice as much protein in grams as much as you weigh in KILOS not pounds. Eat simple carbs with your meals try to avoid complex one. eat every three hours of your waking life!

    The juice is a matter of opinion and quite honestly I am not an expert in it but I will tell you this: I did a twelve week cycle of sus 250 and gained 30lbs in 3 months and kept a 12% body fat. I took NOTHING else beside basic supplements. I pretty much kept most of what I gained as well. The stuff is phenom.

    You want to gain 30lbs on this cycle? Do you have any idea of the rate at which protein synthesis occurs in the human body? How your body can assimilate new muscle tissue whether you are using AAS or not?

    30lbs from ONE CYCLE? Ok well be prepared for getting fat and bloated if thats your goal. I dont give a shit who you are, you are not gaining anywhere near 30lbs of muscle from one cycle. You are looking at more like 3 years for that much muscle, and considering your diet and training I would say you will never add another 30lbs of muscle.

    I can usually bank on gaining 8-10lbs of LBM per YEAR, and I practically do this shit for a living. I dont go rollerblading around on weekends either.

    Once again i did cycle but was new to the game. I have been working out since 2004 on and off, for the last 2 years was consistently at the gym 3 times a week.

    On my cycle i did 12 weeks of test e, 250mg a week. and 20 tabs of 25mg dball, but i did them on my second month into the cycle.

    I have ganed about 16 pounds kept 11lb. This was more progress then i have ever got. So AAS worked for me, i am sure it would be better to fix the diet, gain just off that, but it takes time and after years i did not see much and got tired of it. On my cycle I tried eating alot and what ever i saw, but i was not used to eating so much, plus work and school, not getting enough sleep, so i only gained 11lb, which is better then nothing.
    My workout routine is the one that you can see as a sample one on steroids.com. Everyone day, added some extras but used the general trend form the site.

    Now i have done some in depth research and i am quite confident in what i am doing now. So fare im on my 6th day and i gained 3.6lb
    I am using the same basic sample workout, everyother day, but i change my routine, different exercises for a given muscle, to create muscle confusion of what ever its called. (Oh and i started getting stretch marks around my armpits, which suggests that my muscles are growing faster then my skin, so im doing something right)

    As fare as my diet, so fare so good. Again i follow the basic sample that was available on steroids.com. I also added a post work out Gold standard protein shake, with a banana, two spoons of peanut butter and about 5g of creatine. On none work out days i drink same protein shake but before bed.

    I eat at 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 9pm, 12am. Basically every three hours. That does not include a protein shake. I am also taking some supplement: Fish oil, Calcium & vit D, Glucosamine Sulfate, Vit B6, vit A, Vit E, flex seed oil.

    I try to keep my protein intake 1.5g to 1lb of my weight. As fare as my total calories go, i consume around 4500 to 5600 a day. Sometime feel sick from eating but i know i have to do it.

    And i dont know what you think about rollerblades, nor i give a damn, but its just like ice skating, i played some hockey when i was in 6th and 7th grade and love it to this day. Its hard to ice skate outside when its summer, so have to put a pair with wheels on. Its a good cardio work out and its mild on your joins unlike running. I do 5 to 10 miles on days that i dont work out. I do run on my work out days, 20 to 25 minutes (at 6.5-7 speed) prior to my workouts as a warm up.

    3 times a week is maintaining what you are at which is nothing. bump it up to at least 4-5 you need to eat more and ou will gain weight its just that ez get to it bro

    Well i did bump it up, every other day, from what i learned on this site, a work out day should be followed by a rest day. But this week i did go on Sunday and monday, and today (wed). So im back in the gym this friday, then sunday again.

    And here is another picture while rollerskating, what a view! hahaha

    Eating 4500-6000 calories everyday in only six meals w/ a intake of 1.5 grs/lb ? Are you eating 20-30 egg whites in the morning with a 2-3 cups of oats for breakfast?? I'd like to see how much you eat at once in six meals to equal that amount of cals listed then C-Bino can come back and tell you how thats a complete waste of food.

    I don't eat that much to gain during the offseason and I have got as high as the 240's at 5'11', hell you realize high end professional bodybuilders don't eat that much offseason to gain. Don't throw out high numbers of food when you really have no idea how much food that truly is or how much you truly eat.

    Don't mistake scale gain for muscle gain

    Well once i put all the thing in livestrongs Daily plate thats what i get. I do eat 2 cups of rolled oats in the morning with 16oz of milk. I also eat 2 bars a day between meals, i have Detour bars. (just one bar has 460 calories, and 30g of protein). If i would love to write every detail out but takes too long so not yet. But soon.

    And i make a typo i meant to write 4500-5000 calories a day, but two days ago i did get to 5128.

    Instead of making all the smart comments i would love to hear some advice, how much should i, with my weight, eat a day. But how big you and your balls are you can tell your girlfriend, wife or a boyfriend.

    Well if you are putting what you eat in the daily plate just copy and paste what it is you eat everyday.

    Is all you are having is 2 cups of oats and milk in the morning, no egg whites or maybe a steak?. Tomorrow morning when you wake up, take a measuring cup and actually measure 2 cups of oatmeal just to see how much that is. Thats almost 120 grams of carbs just from the oatmeal which is entirely too much

    You must be eating ALOT of junk food to hit 5000 cals.

    I don't see your weight listed in the entire thread just your height of 6'2''.

    Why wait so long to write out what you eat, do not want to progress?
